urlimport.py - the power of Python import hooks
Urlimport.py was started back in 2006 as an experiment to see how easy it is to make sys.path accept URL items.
Turns out it is quite easy, and the result received mixed feedback from the Reddit community, due to the fact that importing stuff from the internet is NOT REALLY THAT SECURE.
Now, the project lives on as part of the Knockout library.
